These are good examples.

Hatred has a way of leaving us bitter. It's best to forgive and move on, as anger and hatred can drain us.

I agree about giving. Giving makes us feel better and more connected with other people.

Thank you for making a vlog on those five simple wise rules that can make difference in your, my, everybody's lives. If someone feels negative about someone else, positive communication is the best tool. Silent treatment with negative thought is one of those worst abuses that can affect on our community, family, and any other like workplace, etc.

Ditto. I usually feel dismayed when I see negative onslaughts from people in real life and cyber life... sometimes they don't know how to let go of their negative thoughts.
